INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
Key Accountability Areas
- Establish method, balancing & standard hours through continuous improvement
- Provide layout design & line tooling
- Supporting production’s goals on ramp up & quality
- Manage technician & mechanic and operator during piloting stage
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
- Fresh graduate or 2 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Good knowledge in methods analysis such as Time Study, line balancing & process flow
- Technical drawing and autocad as well as facility layout knowledge
- Has strong leadership and could influence the team
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.

PROCESS ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
- Conduct & manage piloting of new toy development
- Implementing lean manufacturing concept in daily work
- Develop any aspect related to industrial engineering
- Develop any innovation to support labor rationalization & cost saving
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering with GPA > 3.00
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Basic knowledge about painting process & plastic is advantage
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.

MOLDING ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
- Optimize Injection Molding process, lower reject rate and in parallel maintain the active tool running in good condition
- Check plastic material as an input in molding process to get the most cost effective usage
- Improve manufacturing process performance and identify project improvement at primary process
- Provide acceptable molded part for piloting process and production purposes as per production schedule
- Provide most effective trouble shooting for any problem in production
- Provide safe molding condition and adhere to manufacturing procedural conformance in primary mostly in injection molding process
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with GPA > 3.00 from reputable university
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Basic knowledge about injection molding process, injection molding tooling and plastic material and plastic colorants
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
- Establish automation /improvement process on production area
- Provide flow chart reduction through the automation process
- Design process improvement projects and lead in-house automation
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechatronics /Mechanical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
- Fresh graduate or minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Good knowledge of PC controlled machine with PLC programming and pneumatic
- Has strong leadership, proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
PRODUCT ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
- Develop new toys and ensure compliance with the standards, specifications and requirement. Establish proven Method which can be produce in mass production
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering with GPA > 3.00
- Fresh graduate or minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Basic knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
- Advance level on product development knowledge
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
TOOLING PLANNER
Key Accountability Areas
- Planning both short term and production schedules to ensure production tooling running in optimum capacity
- D3 in basic informatica
- S1 Industrial Engineer with GPA 3.00
- Experience Min. 2-3 years in manufacturing plant in the same position.
- Have knowledge about production process of scheduling and capacity planning.
- Have knowledge about MIMICS background, such as inventory, one line simulated, Bill Of Material (BOM), flow chart
- Computer literature MS Office
- Details and precision oriented
- Organized person and good performance in time management
- Strees resistant and used to work with deadlines
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written English.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
EXPORT IMPORT SUPERVISOR
Key Accountability Areas
- To expedite all transactions (import, subcon/local shipment and export) with proper Customs documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation.
- Work closely with shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the shipment on schedule
- Build strong communication with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world
- To control logistics cost and spending including prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics vendors
- Maintaining sales shipment and regular report for Customs office.
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Economics, Management or Information Technology from reputable university
- Min GPA > 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in EXIM in the bonded zone company
- Excellent understanding and well up dated on bonded zone regulation
- Experience in handling direct import / SCM nomination shipment
- Having Leadership Competencies
- Having good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Key Accountability Areas
- Monitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved
- Identify problems and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process/product quality
- Coordinate with support departments (Facilities and Engineering) to ensure that process equipment and line tooling undergo regular Preventative and Line Maintenance at the appropriate times
- Provide assistance, support, instruction and motivation of all subordinates
- Control production and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved.
- S1 or D3 with equivalent professional experience.
- Chemical and technical knowledge of polymers, plastic and painting
- Team orientated with good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, results oriented, and a “never give up” attitude.
- Willing to work on shift basis and across production function/ areas when needed.
- Good analytical skill, problem solving skill, process & product knowledge, leadership skill and the ability to influence change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written english.
- Willing to be located in Cikarang - Bekasi
