Job description

• Responsible to monitor day to day operation of the engineering system of thebuilding and coordinate with engineering contractor, decide and plan maintenance system

Requirements:

• Male
• Max 35 y. o
• Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Min 3 years as Chief Engineer or 8 years as Engineering Supervisor in Mall/Apartment/Hotel
• MS Office is a must, Good coordination and communication skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently

• Responsible runs day to day operations, coordinate and monitor several department such as engineering, housekeeping, foodcourt

Requirements:

• Male
• Max 35 y.o
• Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years working experience with the same position at Property Management
• MS Office is a must, Good coordination and communication skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently
