COAL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (Code : CTS)

This is a Staff position reporting to Technical Marketing Superintendent. He/She is responsible to investigate the Arutmin customer/end user quality concern/requirement/complaint by analyzing all parameter of coal quality for each shipment and conduct special project as directed by superior for supporting the investigation.

Specific requirements to apply:

• University degree (S-1) in mining or metallurgical engineering or geology or chemical engineering or related major.
• Min. 3 years experience working in coal quality environment.
• Recognize and understand coal quality and standards to analyze coal (i.e. ISO, ASTM BS, etc.)
• Knowledge on power station would be an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.
• High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.

DATABASE AND REPORTING ENGINEER (Code : DARE)

This is a Staff position reporting to Strategic Operation Superintendent. This position is responsible to collect all data & information related to PTAI activity, and manages them in a good database system. He/she also responsible to monitor and analyze the achievement of actual performance productions against determined budget in order to recognize the trends and provide early warning to the management to take necessary action to improve performance.

Specific requirements to apply:

• University degree (S-1) in Engineering or statistic.
• Experience is not mandatory.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Computer literate.
• Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.

MINE ENGINEER (Code : ME)

This position is responsible for handling the day to day activities of mine planning aspects, short and long term planning, communication with contractor, in order to ensure that the production target is achieved in a safe manner.

Specific requirements to apply:

• University degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering,
• Min. 2 years exp. in coal mining industry,
• Good skills in mine planning and geological modelling by using mincom software.

General requirements to apply:

• Hard worker and Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.

Environmental Engineer (Code: Enviro)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to Enviro Supervisor. This position is responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting the environmental programs in order that the relevant parties fulfill their contractual and/or commercial obligation.

Required Qualifications:

• Min. S1 graduate in environmental engineer or relevant disciplines.
• Possess 1 – 3 years in relevant experience.
• Possess good knowledge in environmental regulation, and reclamation.
• Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
• Possess strong capability to work as team.
• High commitment to PTAI standard on business ethic.
• Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
• Have a high commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.

 
PORT CAPTAIN - (Code: PC)

This is a staff position reporting to Port Coordinator. This position is based in South Kalimantan and responsible to execute and proceed barging activities with objective meeting high quality standard operation. Those with the following qualification are encouraged to apply.

Specific requirements to apply:

• S1 Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II (minimum ANT III)
• Minimum 4 years experience in handling barges and vessels movement.
• Good knowledge of bulk unloading and loading activities.
• Good knowledge of marine and sea transportation rules and regulations.
• Good knowledge of Marine Contract Administration and Insurance Claim.
• Computer literate (mining software, MS Word, MS Excel)
• Good language skills both spoken and written of both Indonesian and English
• High commitment to PT AI standards in environment, safety, business ethics and good corporate governance.
