- Usia Maksimal 35 Tahun
- S-1 (fakultas Tehnik Sipil/ Arsitek lebih diutamakan)
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun untuk produk Building Material, Roofing Product dan Aluminum Composite (Lebih Diutamakan)
- Mempunyai relasi yang baik ke Building Owner/ Konsultan/ Kontraktor
- Mempunyai kemampuan presentasi dan negoisasi yang baik
- Domisili Serpong dan Jakarta Timur
