Project Manager (Ref no. 328)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 12 year(s) of working experience in construction and engineering and related field is required for this position.
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and construction project management.
• Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Ability to develop and maintain effectively and control systems and carry them to the intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for programs.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent, with Bachelors in Engineering.
• At least 15 year(s) of working experience with at least 5 years at the same industry or relevant experiences in heavy industrial projects.
• Preferable to have worked with a world class Int'l Corporation.
• Excellent English - spoken, written, presentation.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, implement those plans and meet business growth and development targets.
• Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
• The position requires considerable concentration and creativity. It is subject to stress caused by a changing environment, diversity in the organization, tight deadlines and workload.
• May require local and overseas travel from time to time.

Mine Planning Design Manager (Ref no. 283)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
• Extensive experience and proven skills in the mining industry, preferably in a broad range of ventures encompassing practical, technical and people management issues. As a guide ten (10) years industry experience in open-cut coal mining operations with 5 years in managerial level.
• Business acumen and solid financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge in mine planning management.
• Excellent written and oral communication (in English and Bahasa Indonesia) skills to sell ideas, concepts, produce reports and deal with a diverse range of personnel.
• Proficiency in Mining Softwares.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability for commitment to company's general standards, specifically the organisation's safety and environmental regulations.
• Some knowledge and appreciation of the Indonesian language, customs and culture.
