Customer Focus Officer 
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representatives of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required.
Education: A minimum of degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferably in architectural or civil background.
Experience: A minimum of 2 or 3 years deal directly with the public and deliver high quality customer service.

Skills
  • The position requires being able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  In addition the position requires the following:
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and interact positively with customers
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications, as well as work order software
  • To be able to read and write English fluently

  • Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment and deliver to strict deadlines.

Job Summary
To serve as the focal point for all information requested by tenants or customers, to assure consistent, professional, courteous and timely responses to tenant service requests and work orders and to perform administrative duties and other assignments as required for the efficient and effective operation of the property management office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Include the following, other duties may be assigned
  • Assists the property manager in implementing The Property Management Manual
  • Receives all incoming service requests and dispatch to appropriate personnel
  • Greets visitors and assist them as appropriate
  • Follows up to assure customer satisfaction and timely response
  • Obtains management approval and distribute as appropriate
  • Develops and maintains positive tenant relations by creating and sustaining good will and by providing consistently responsive quality service
  • Prepares new tenant packages and welcome letters
  • Assists in developing and maintaining positive tenant relations
  • Assists administrative manager with correspondence and tenant mailings
  • Completes periodic updates to management and information manuals
  • Maintains tenant lease files, vendor/service contract files and accounting files
  • Retrieves, opens, date-stamp and distributes all incoming mail
  • Maintains postage meter and takes all outgoing mail to mailroom
Maintenance Manager 
Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representatives of the knowledge, skill, and /or ability required. Education : A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in (or equivalent) in related fields, or Building Management. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently.
Experience : A minimum of 10 to 15 years of successful experience in business development of a township’s commercial plots and business, property or business consulting.
Skills :
  • Must have an excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • When responding to routine and emergency requests, it must be able to prioritize and resolve issues quickly.
  • To supervise contractors and need some familiarity with maintenance equipment and procedures to ensure that work is completed properly.
  • Good record-keeping and organizational skills are necessary, especially for rental property maintenance managers.
  • Must have expertise and proficiency with basic office computers software
Personality:
  • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
  • Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral email, telephone and presentation.

Job Summary
Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of property equipment and system of residential and commercial buildings, and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • To oversee the upkeep of residential and commercial facilities, including apartment buildings, office buildings and shopping malls.
  • To supervise routine maintenance, such as gardening and cleaning of common areas, process repair requests from tenants, ensure that vacant units are ready to be occupied and coordinate complex jobs requiring city permits or multiple contractors.
  • To prepare report, analyzes data, and make recommendation for improving plant operations and solving maintenance related problems
  • To ensure that all maintenance technicians are adequately trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures, equipped, and motivated with the intention that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner
  • To review the operation of property equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • To direct, maintain and enforce the safety program for the maintenance department; and review safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians
  • To track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, schedule compliance, etc
