Reporting to HSE Manager, this position will be accountable for assisting HSE Manager in planning, developing and implementing HSES Management System in accordance with BHPB HSES Standards and Indonesian Statutory HSE requirements, to achieve company’s commitment to conduct all activities with zero harm to people and environment, as well as achieving government required environmental permitting for the new Projects and Developments.

To be considered for this position, you must have competencies which include knowledge of local and regional ecology and biodiversity of the project area; HSE management and regulations; Indonesian legal framework and International Environmental Management System; environmental standards and regulations; HSE environmental impacts and or risks assessment; Good presentation and writing skills in English; Awareness on local culture and cross-cultural communication and understanding Business Improvement Principles (the impact of the efficient environmental studies to the budget performance and schedule).
