Our Retail Information Services business in Indonesia identifies a wide spectrum of information and brand management solutions (e.g. graphic tags and labels, woven labels, printed fabric labels, heat transfers) for global retailers and brand owners, apparel and consumer goods manufacturers etc.

UGM Campus Recruitment - Management Trainee Operation

If you're a highly focused individual who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, materials management or related areas in operations, manufacturing, engineering or logistics, then Avery Dennison's GOLD Program （The Global Operations Leadership Development Program） is right for you.

The GOLD Program offers selected individuals the opportunity to rotate to different functions as well as divisions over an intensive two-year period. The assignments will be cross-functional and divisional, or specially designed to meet the needs of the individual and the business.

When an Trainee/Associate completes the rotations/assignments within the program, these programs will guide the individual to a full time role that aligns with the individual’s long-term career aspirations and the Company’s business needs. Potential positions may include:

• Project Leader 
• Production engineer 
• Production supervisor 
• Team leader 
• Planner 
• Equipment maintenance supervisor 
• Supply chain Coordinator

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Automatic Engineering, and Printing, etc.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Excellent Leadership skill.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Willing to travel and adapt to change
