Monday, August 09, 2010 REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA Company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

CONSTRUCTION SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Will be based on Project Location)

Minimum Requirement:

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Must be able to co-ordinate the implementation and maintenance of the projects safety management program.
• To ensure employees and staff are thoroughly aware of and trained in their safety responsibilities.
• Provide advice and assistance to the Project Manager for the development, implementation review and revision of health and safety sections of the Project Execution Plan.
• Investigate and report on all work related injuries / illnesses (other than first aid) and near misses.
• Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
• Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• At least 8 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Familiar with HSE Procedure & Documentation including development and implementation of the Project Safety Plan Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written. 

CONTRUCTION QA/QC SUPERINTENDENT (Will be based on Project Location )

Minimum Requirement:

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Responsible for coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the project management system.
• Provide advice and support to the Project Manager for the development, implementation, review and revision of the Project Execution Plan.
• Compile and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate on site quality assurance and control activities.
• Education - S-1 with majoring of Mechanical
• At least 10 years experience in a similar position in structural steel, piping , mining or Oil & Gas Industry
• Knowledge of various Standard of Inspection such as AWS, API & ASME, etc
• Excellent communication skill in English and Bahasa both verbal and written.
• Must have hands on Attitude to the work environment.
• Diligent and able to work under pressure, self motivated with a positive working attitude.
• Those positions are available at the Project Locations. 

CONSTRUCTION MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Will be based on Project Location )

Requirement :

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Ensure the effective Engineering, Planning, Quality, Survey, Cost Control and Scheduling functions for the project.
• Adherence to all requirements of the Company Project Execution Plan.
• Experienced in Mechanical & Piping work.
• Familiar with mechanical equipment / machinery such as Crusher, Belt Conveyor, Vibrating Screen, SAB/Ball Mill, Slury Pump will be an advantage.
• Experienced in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Preventive Maintenance and trouble shooting such as Hydraulic and pneumatic system, rotating equipment.
• Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel.
• Ensure that all personnel are inducted and trained in their roles and responsibilities and are competent to perform the duties allocated to them.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 10 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
