Metallurgy (Engineer) - (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

• S1 or higher in Metallurgy with min 2.75 GPA from a reputed university.
• Age between 22-30 years.
• Fresh & Experience of 3 to 5 years in Metallurgy in Steel-making, Metal Industry, Industrial & Engineering Goods manufacturing & operation.
• English fluency, Computer literate and communication capabilities with seniors & team members.

Performance Enhancement Specialist - (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

• S1 from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or other engineering disciplines or higher from reputable university.
• Experience 3-7 years, out of which 1 year in plant maintenance / production / engineering / Cost Deployment / Balance Score Card in any manufacturing industry with emphasis on Visual management.
• Understanding of any one methodology like TPM / JIT/Six Sigma/ JQI /TIE/ SPC /TQM .
• Write and communicate in English.
• Computer literate i.e. MS - Office
• Good interpersonal and assertiveness skill to approach senior executives and team members .
• Knowledge of PDCA and SDCA.

Rolling Mill Operation (Manager) - (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

• This is a mid Senior position requiring self motivation, ownership and interaction with Management and to the factory operation head.
• S1 or higher in Engineering with min 2.75 GPA from a reputed university.
• 35 years.
• 10 years experience in Steel Rolling Operation or Metal Industry, Industrial & Engineering Goods manufacturing.
• Knowlegde of roll change, Pass Change, Maintenance & system development or improvement in operations.
• English fluency, Computer literate and communication capabilities with seniors & team members.

Asst. Manager - Hot Rolling Mill Operations / Bar Mill Operations
(Gresik -East Java, Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

• Support & lead the Technical aspects of Hot Rolliing Mill Operations.
• Guide setting & Mill setting expertise.
• BRF Management & Control.
• Ensure smooth operations of Hot Rolling Mill Manufacturing D-Bars / Re-bars / TMT Bars / Wire Rods.
• Ensure Predective / Preventive Maintenance to avoide any break down in the mill & ensure Zero Break down system.
• Technical coordination of Production, Maintenance & Quality.
• Ensure on time Quality production of De-bars / Re-bars / TMT Bars.
• Team Management of Technical team (Supervisors, Engineers & Workers).
• Technical Improvements in the mill / Technical upgradation / Modifications in the mill.
• Minimuse wastage during the production process.
• Ensure all KPIs to be achieved in operations of the mill as per internal budget / internal targets.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Expert in Guidge setting, BRF, Mill setting, Trouble shoorting, Technical improv.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Gresik -East Java,Surabaya.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical.
• 3 Full-Time positions available.
