Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer
 
Responsibilities:

• Recommend and apply engineering methods and procedures to improve product quality to keep plant operational, eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve operating performance.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing departments through the collection and processing of information relating to assigned projects, followed by evaluation of all information and alternatives resulting in recommendations for a course of action to management, and subsequent implementation.
• Recommend and implement Manufacturing processes and procedures, tools and equipment, layouts and methods to improve:
• Flexibility
• Energy Utilization
• Set-up Time
• Value Added Operations
• Mfg. Cycle Time
• Material Utilization
• Quality
• FDA GMP ISO-9000
• Third Party Certification Program
• Safety
• Customer Satisfaction/Internal and External
• Develop machine/manpower requirements and utilization for long-range business plans.
• Review and recommend manpower utilization.
• Prepare appropriate manufacturing policies and procedures.
• Resolve production floor technical issues to achieve throughput and quality goals.
• Actively participate in new product development to optimize production productivity.
• Review and approve Engineering Change Requests (ECR’s).
• Work on Continuous Quality Improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Industrial / Manufacturing engineer
• At least 2 years experience in related field
• Must have working knowledge of hard goods manufacturing processes and machinery, along with a good analytical ability to analyze present procedures and make recommendations for improvement to management
• Must be able to resolve complex problems
• Working knowledge of various sheet metal fabrication and welding procedures and practices would be a plus
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate same across department boundaries and with all levels of management
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work in Bintan Industrial Estate, Lobam, Bintan, Indonesia

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Officer 
Responsibilities:

• Set up, improve, and maintain environmental, health, and safety compliance policy and SOP in the company
• Setting up inspection / audit procedures
• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment to every person
• Coordinate EHS training programs as well as the required EHS audit, investigations of accidents & recommendations for improvement
• Update and brief on latest environmental, health, and safety regulation
• Ensure the implementation of RKL and RPL and preparing the report
• Control and update EHS licenses (e.g. fire extinguisher, hydrant, forklift permit)
• Set up and update company emergency response plan

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Public Health, Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience in related field
• Internal auditor experience is a plus
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OSHAS 18001
• Candidate with K3 or SMK3 certification preferred
• Good understanding about Occupational Health Safety Management System for Project Construction
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Indonesia 

Electrical Engineer 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare electrical assembly instruction such as electrical wiring, component layout, etc
• Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
• Improve electrical assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency
• Supervise electrical QC process and provide a better test procedures
• Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action
• Support test process on the production floor by analyzing tester performance and monitoring visual defects

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• Familiar in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and /or other similar software
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

Mechanical Engineer (Design)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative mechanical designs, fabrication, and specification for production
• Create piece part and assembly level CAD 3D models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles to ensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability
• Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc
• Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts
• Carry out performance optimization, cost analyses, prototyping, and design support for production

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good knowledge with 2D/3D CAD/ CAM software, preferably Vertex and Solid work, ProEng, and AutoCAD
• Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to end-users for PC hardware and software
• Respond to request for assistance relating to hardware/software issues- troubleshooting
• Setting up of new user workstations
• Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems
• Manage Wintel servers / Network infrastructure
• IT hardware and software purchase requisition
• IT inventory administration
• Document and Enforce IT related policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
• At least 1 year experience in service desk / technical desk support. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent knowledge in MS Outlook , MS Windows OS and Office suite of product, standard Desktop products
• Equip with core Windows platform skills (DNS/DHCP/Active Directory)
• Able multi-task and perform in fast moving and demanding environment
• Team player who is self motivated, self disciplined, process oriented and shows initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in Backup, Exchange 2007 and High Availability administration and system recovery will be added advantage
• Experience in installing and maintaining CCTV is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
