Product Development Engineer (PDE)

The incumbent will be responsible to provide support and services for existing, improved, or new products, processes, or technologies that can have significant impact potential at a program level. Applies technical skills to provide support and services to the following: new product development, product modification, application development, product localization/converting, technology development, process development, life cycle management, technical service, manufacturing support, and product support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Master Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputable University. PhD would be most preferable.
• At least 7 years experience in Chemical Industry or Consumer Good as product development (R&D).
• Possess strong analytical, technical skill, problem solving and communication skill.
• Good command of spoken and written English language.
• Good leadership skills, good technical knowledge or interest preferably in products product development process, self-motivating, fast-learner, good communication skills, able to work alone as well as with others within the team.
