Leading Pump and Valve Manufacturing Company belonging to an International Group headquartered in Germany, KSB AG, has the following position available.

SERVICE ENGINEER for SURABAYA
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:

• D3/S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Male, Max. 35 years old
• Min. Experience 3 years in commissioning and start-up pump or compressor or valve will be prefer
• Able to work with minimum supervise
• Self motivated person
• Computer literate
• Willing travel through out East Java area
• Good knowledge in English
• Have driving license

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Location : Bekasi

Major Responsibilities:

• To work according to the ISO 9001 standard specification
• Optimize use of labor, material and machinery
• Overall responsible for pump & Valve Assembly activity
• Control production process to meet quality standard and production schedule
• Initiate, recommended or provide solution on quality problem found during production
• Coordinate with other department for Pump & Valve production process and Quality improvement
• Meet production plan, target and provide monthly report of Pump & Valve production
• Enforce safety and safe practice
• Ensure the control of monthly department cost, including overtime
• Any other task assignment by Director

Requirement Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable universities
• A minimum 10 years working experience in production/manufacturing process is required
• Must be familiar with pumps and valve production process or rotating equipments and machineries or customize mechanical product
• Good managerial skills in managing man, money & machines in the factory
• Problem solver with strong leadership capability
• Working location: Cibitung MM2100 industrial town

Production Planning and Control (PPC) Manager
Location: DKI Jakarta

Your tasks:
In the scope of logistics and PPC, you will be responsible for:

• The data gathering from the sales department,
• Maintaining the data in the SAP
• Efficient and economical production,
• Controlling the flow of materials and production progress
• Ensuring the flow of information for all the concerned parties
• Working with production department to arrange and manage production schedule based on customer requirement and production capacity; arranging of weekly and monthly, production scheduling
• Working with purchasing department for material and purchase planning, and delivery monitoring.

Your Profile:
To be successful, the applicant must have following background:

• Male, min. S1 degree, prefer in Industrial Engineering
• Possessing the ability to look ahead, organize and coordinate
• Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning, and also Material Management.
• Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
• Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
• Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
• Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
• Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
• Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must, and also have knowledge on ERP System.
