Architect Site Engineer (code : ASE)

Job Description :
Inspects work in progress to make sure that plans & specification are followed. Witnesses testing of materials & equipment to ensure that plans & specification are followed. Monitors actual accomplishment & compares with the schedule. Checks all application for payment made by contractors & suppliers.

Placement : West Jakarta

Qualification

1. Male
2. Max 35 y.o
3. Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering from UGM, ITB, ITS or Diponegoro University
4. 5 years in high-rise Apartment or Mixed-use building project

Specific abbilitiesMS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Capable in design coordination, architectural and other discipline (Structure and MEP), Capable in checking and review shop drawing, construction method, quality control and monitoring schedule, Capable and leading the coordination with consultant and contractor, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines.

 
Electrical Engineer (code : EE)

Job Description :
Inspects work in progress to make sure that plans & specification are followed. Checking and evaluation of electrical systems, panels, PLC in Kemang Village's area. Supervise and checks all application for payment made by contractors. Makes daily reports, weekly, and monthly. Prepared to work outside working hours (24 hours).

• Diploma's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1 years in high-rise building projects
