Field Supervisor (FS)
Job Purpose
The Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure the projects progress within time, cost, quality and customer service standards. The Field Supervisor should report to the Project or Site Manager.

Key Accountabilities

Project Planning

• Responsible for preparation of project construction planning ( including schedule, progress, working method, quality assurance, quality control ) according to the instruction given by the project manager or site manager

Project Execution

• Supervising and checking construction work to comply with quality requirement
• Ensuring construction work to comply with progress planning
• Preparing report on construction progress

Job Competency and Personal Requirements

• D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering
• GPA minimum 3 of scale 4
• 1 or 2 years working experience as Site Engineer/Building Supervisor
• Understanding of Project Safety Management
• Understanding of Project Quality Management
• Fair English skill
• Maximum 30 years old

Autocad Drafter (AD)

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma in Technic Architecture
• Able to operate computer (Windows and Autocad)
• Finishing Basic Autocad Class (2 dimension) Certificate
• Able to draw Architect/Structure (site plan, plan, elevation, section, roof plan, sction details, and finishing list)
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Maximum 30 years old

Safety Supervisor (SS)

Project Execution

• Able to understand K3 terminology
• Able to make inspection schedule to site and to make work instruction related K3
• Giving guidance and direction on work safety to project manager, staff and workers

Job Competency and Personal Requirements

• Minimum Diploma 3
• Minimum 3 years working experiences as Field Safety Supervisor
• Maximum 30 years old
• Comprehend and mastering regulations (government and ministerial decree) on work safety in building construction field
• Fair English skill
• Able to operate computer (Windows, MS Office)

Building Engineer

Job Purpose

• The Field Supervisor is responsible to ensure the projects progress within time, cost, quality and customer service standards. The Building Engineer should report to the Project or Site Manager.

ISO Quality Engineer

Job Purpose

• ISO Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring, implementing and improving procedures and specifications designed to ensure that all company services are of a quality standard which will satisfy customer satisfactions and achieve superior realibility. The ISO Quality Engineer should report to the Management Representative.

Key Accountabilities:
Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures:

• Establishing and updating all policies, procedures, guidelines and specification related to quality assurance
• Controlling quality assurance related documents

Quality Assurance Standard:

• Coordinating efforts in obtaining quality assurance certification standard

Corrective Actions:

• Producing, analizing and making corrective recommendations regarding any non-conforming report

Job Competency and Personal Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• GPA minimum 3 of scale 4
• 3 years working experience as ISO Quality Engineer
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2000
• Certified as Internal Quality Assurance Assessor
• Understanding of Project Safety Management
• Understanding of Project Quality Management
• Good English Skill
• Good Computer Skill
• Maximum 35 years old

Mechanical & Electrical Field Engineer

Job Purpose

• The Mechanical and Electrical Field Engineer is responsible for planning and supervising the Mechanical and Electrical design and installation process, including Mechanical/Electrical system design for tender preparation and verifying design based on clients request. The M & E Engineer should report to M & E Manager and Project Manager.

Key Accountabilities
Project Planning

• M & E cost checking and drawings
• Verify design based on owner’s request

Project Execution

• Based on Project Manager or M & E Manager request :
• Review design based on Site Condition
• Design Change
• Design Addition
• Supervise M & E system installation

Job Competency and Personal Requirements

• D3/S1 degree in Electrical Engineering
• GPA minimum 3 of scale 4
• Minimum 1 year working experience as M & E Field Engineer
• Understanding Software and methods for M/E systems design and calculation
• Understanding of Project Safety Management
• Understanding of Project Quality Management
• Fair English skill
• Maximum 30 years old
