SAFETY OFFICER

Responsibilities :

• Key responsibility includes ensuring production, budgetary targets and deadlines are met, ensure compliance of company policies and government legislation across the entire operation are adhered to
• The candidate will assume responsibility for all Safety, Health and Environmental operations of the mines. He will be responsible for the management of all aspects of operations including staff performance, mine performance cost management, Implementation of company policies and standards, coal quality standards, statutory compliance issues and management of community relation ship, all functional head, in both technical and commercial areas reports to this position.

Requirements :

• The candidate will be the overall in charge of the company
• He will demonstrate a strong understanding of business issues and will have prior experience of leading a team of managers and technical specialists
• He is also expected to identify and take on business development opportunities
• It Would be essential that the individual has also an exposure to exploration projects
• The Candidate will have tertiary qualifications in mining Engineering or Geology
• Experience 3 – 7 years as safety office for mine ( coal )
• Mine Certificate
• Position based is in Indonesia

SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER ( OPERATIONS )
