SALES ENGINEER

The Job:

• Analyses own market and identify potential customers for defined products and applications.
• Close on orders and follow-up with delivery until payment received.
• Develop and plan sales strategies to enhance Company's competitive position in Indonesia.
• Manage and maintain close relationship with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts.
• Responsible for planning, proposal preparations, presentations to customers and contract negotiations.
• Required to work closely with service teams to develop solutions based on customer requirements.
• Plan and organise sales and marketing promotion activities together with the Sales Support Group.
• Actively work on own skill development and other team members in the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university.
• At least 3 years sales experience in energy / engineering industry will be an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate with good spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle projects professionally.
• Good analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
• Posses valid driving license and own vehicle.
• Prepared to travel throughout Indonesia and overseas at a short notice.
