Project Leader
The Job :
- Experience in Project Management
- Achieve Company Goal.
- Drive aggressively Cost Saving Project to meet TCR
- Plan 2 years ahead for Cost Saving Project
- Drive D2P Project
Requirements :
- Has working experience is advantage especially in semiconductor process
- Degree Engineering
- Good communication skill
- Hard working and responsible
- Fluent in English both written & spoken
Technician
The Job :
- Perform set up and repair equipment
- Perform machine conversion, calibration, troubleshooting
- Minimize unscheduled downtime
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical
- Electric & Electronic knowledge
- Experience is advantages
- Hard working and responsible
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Computer literates
Process Engineer FOL & EOL
(Wafer Mount, Wire bonding, Die Attach, Laser Marking, Trim & Form)
The Job :
- Co-ordinate improvement activities
- Responsible to OEE, Quality, Cost and Yield
- Contribute ideas to enhance process robustness & consistency
- Working with maintenance & production group on equipment improvement & ensure full compliance of all procedure
- Minimum 5 years working Experience in semiconductor
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Able to work under pressure and meet project timeline
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Hard working and responsible
- Fluent in English both written & spoken
- Computer literates & presentation skill
