PT. JDA-Indonesia is manpower consultants for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industries within Indonesia. JDA has been servicing the Indonesian Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing and Construction industry for 20 years. As a result of the decision to strengthen JDA's presence in Indonesia, JDA-Indonesia is now strongly represented in Indonesia with offices in Jakarta, Balikpapan, Tembagapura and Batu Hijau.

We currently have several site based positions in Indonesia with the following requirements:

• Ensure compliance of all applicable SHE Standard, Objectives as well as laws and regulation on site (including customer regulation).
• Assist Manager in complying with regulatory requirement (e.g UU No 1/1970, Decree 555K/1995 etc)
• Leading by example in demonstrating SHE Standards & regulations.
• Actively support company SHE Program
• Provide the site with expert advice on SH & E issues.

• Develop, implement and maintain effective site SH & E functions.
• Provide effective incident management & reporting processes.
• Mentor and coach operation personnel to ensure SH & E considerations are included in day-by-day operation.
• Assist site operation in the development of sustainable Safety Management Plan and promote the effective method of the implementation process
• Provide expertise in significant incident management and investigation.
• Facilitate site SH&E plans

• Manage a system for the effective provision of internal audit functions for the site or region.
• Provide effective follow up on audits and help the sites to overcome identified nonconformance.

• Diploma/S1 in FKM/Industrial Safety/ Ecology and Environment/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; 2+ years relevant industrial operational experience; background in mining/construction/familiar with heavy equipment operations
• Excellent written and spoken English, good knowledge of typical computer software programs and familiarity with flow charting databases Standard Microsoft office
