INJECTION/MOULDING, Spv (CIBITUNG BASED) (IM)
To be responsible for All activities in the factory when there is no management on duty. To Ensure all safety regulations are followed, Drive improvement of quality, productivity & 5S continuously. To be responsible for Execution the production planning to meet the target On Time Delivery, to Ensure that all operators are provided with the right PPE to carry out tasks that are planned, Assign only operators who are competent (been trained) to carryout a task and Encourage the team to provide suggestion for Suggestion System.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from D3 Polytechnic/ S1 Technical University  Majoring Mechanical/Industrial
• Minimum 1 year Experience in Moulding Operation
• Good knowledge of assembly & moulding operations, Knowledge & ability to deploy Lean Manufacturing Practices, Trained in Six Sigma ( Green belt minimum)
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, clearly results oriented, flexible and proactive, Clear identification with company goals, high initiative and positive thinking
