DEPUTY CHIEF ENGINEER
General Requirements :

• Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background from reputable university with minimum GPA : 3.00 (scale of 4.00)
• S1 degree minimum 6 years experience in the chemical process manufacturing or oil and gas / petrochemical industry
• The candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on practical experience with multi engineering disciplines (chemical / process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, metallurgical)
• The candidate should be familiar with project management, maintenance management, spare part management, power house, water and waste water treatment, chemical continuous process plant (sulfonation plant experience is advantageous) and engineering standards
• Strong preferences in leading others, achieving, detail conscious, conscientious and able to work under pressure
• Hard worker, self driver, fast learner, proactive, team player, continuously improve his limit of ability
• Willing to live nearby factory
• Willing to work overtime, during holiday, and on-call work in case of urgent situation
• English Proficiency & Computer Literacy (AUTOCAD and CHEMCAD will be advantage)
