Thomas & Betts is a world leading designer and manufacturer of components used in the management of electricity with more than 100,000 electrical components and systems. Due to our expansion in the Asia region, we are looking for:

Business Development Executive (2 positions)
Jakarta and Surabaya

Responsibilities:

• Promote T&B products in an assigned territory
• Understand needs from customers and be able to relate these needs to company’s products and offerings
• Work with existing channel members to achieve sustainable growth, coverage and operational excellence
• Identify new business opportunities through account penetration
• Gather market and competitive feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• 4 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
• Mature and self driven
• Conversant in spoken and written English
• Exhibit strong business acumen and integrity
• Familiar with oil & gas, petro chemical, power generation & distribution or construction industries
• Must be willing to travel
• Class 3 driving licence and own a car
