AUSTRALIAN OIL AND GAS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - 3 Positions

Well established multidiscipline construction and engineering PMA Company invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:
 
Planning and Scheduling Engineers ( Will be based on Project Site )

Requirement :

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling functions for the Project including Manpower and Resource Loading/Schedule.
• Adherence to the Company’s Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
• In consultation with relevant project personnel, establish and maintain accurate construction, procurement and deliverables schedules based on the Work Breakdown Structure and contract requirements.
• Update schedules on a regular basis to accurately reflect current status of progress.
• Amend schedules to reflect changes to the project scope.
• Responsible for the efficient and effective project implementation of Microsoft Project software (Primavera is an advantage) for the project to provide accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain s-curve reports and provide overall progress reports and other matters related to schedule as required by the Project Manager.
• Provide assistance to Engineers on scheduling requirements.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods, manning charts and equipment requirements. Advise on actions to be taken to prevent or improve undesirable trends in progress.
• Identify possible time impact issues i.e. set up and manage Variation Order
• Detection System.

Accountabilities :

• Graduated from min S1 degree
• At least 7 years experience in the same field (copy of reference letters will be requested)
• Possess Leadership Qualities, Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawing
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Willing to work long hours in a high-pressure working environment
• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent
• Target oriented and able to work independently 

 
PIPING ENGINEER ( Will be based on Project Site )

Requirement :

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Fluent and able to ensure all relevant Piping Construction document/drawings/data are received/produced, ensure it is correct and adequate to support Construction activity. (P&ID, GA, KeyPlan, Iso Dwg, etc.).
• Support Field Construction Department on Engineering/Technical.
• Provide engineering support to the construction / commissioning phases as necessary.
• Provide leave relief as appropriate Provide detailed engineering input during all design phases, including interpretation and challenge of standards
• Actively communicate with other disciplines to optimise areas of interface, during the design development, review and check processes
• Support design/drawing office personnel with specialist engineering input
• Promote and encourage the culture of working safety and setting a positive example for all other personnel
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written

 
STEEL AND TANK ERECTION SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

• This position and will require a strong and independent leader with the effective communication skills and work ethic.
• Hands on experience in Tank Erection activities and coordination.
• Familiar with sequence on Tank erection, welding and welding sequence for tank erection.
• Understand and able to interpret Technical Drawing.
• Familiar with Safety requirement and Job Safety Analysis
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position in Mining / Oil & Gas Construction Industry
• Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English both verbal and written
• Those positions are available at the Project Locations.
