1. Site Manager
2. Field Services Superintendent
3. Technical Services Engineer
4. Field Supervisor
5. Shotfirer
6. MMU Drivers
7. Plant Operator
8. HIAB Operator
9. Maintenance electrician
10. Mechanics

Qualifications:

• Male only (no. 9 and 10), Male/Female for others
• Age min. 35 years old (no. 1), max 30 years old (no. 5), max. 35 years old for others
• Min. University graduate majoring in mining engineering (no. 1-4),
• Min. high school graduate (no. 5-8),
• Min D3 graduate from mechanical engineering with 5 years experience in light truck, such as Mercedez Benz, Volvo, MAN, or Iveco truck or STM graduate with 8 years experience in Maintenance area (no. 9 and 10),
• Holds Second Class Blaster Certificates (no. 1-5),
• Preferably have experience in blasting activity or similar field for minimum 8 years (no.1), 5 years (no. 2), 3 years (no. 3, 4 & 5), and 2 years (no. 6) and 1 year (no. 7-8)
• Min. holds POM Certificate (no. 1 & 2), holds POU would be preferable,
• Holds POP certificate (no. 3 & 4),
• Having Driving License SIM A is a must for all position,
• Having Driving License SIM B2 is a must (no. 6 -7),
• Having Forklift Operator License is a must (no. 7),
• Having Crane Operator License is a must (no. 8),
• Not color blind (no. 9-10),
• Having knowledge in basic electricity is preferred (no.9-10),
• Excellent computer skills and good communication skills both in verbal and written is essential (no. 1-4).
