REFRIGERATION ENGINEER

The incumbent of this position is managing the claim management by ensuring the process meet the customer requirements to ensure that the customer was satisfied to the solution and also manage the function of the management system process by controlling the implementation of the Management System according the ISO Standard to enhance the customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
  1. Male and holds at least Diploma Degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Refrigeration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer background.
  2. Have at least 2 years experience in Production / Installation / After Sales Service.
  3. Familiar with Refrigeration System (Theoritical and Pratical).
  4. Have knowledge in ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
  5. Able to work underpreassure in individual or team.
  6. Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
  7. Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
  8. Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
  9. Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
  10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
  11. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
  12. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java.
