SALES SERVICES ENGINEER (SSE)

Responsibilities :
  • Maintain and develop existing & new customers, promote and sell Schneider Services Offer & Solution, gain and follow-up customers’ requirements, provide technical clarification and solution based on customer’s needs.
  • Maintain sales pipeline (sales opportunities) in order to achieve the monthly and yearly individual sales target.
Requirements :
  • Graduated from Electrical Engineering majoring in Power or Control from reputable University (S1 / D3).
  • Minimum 2 years experience (for S1) or 3 years experience (for D3) in Sales or Technical Field.
  • Result oriented, fast learner, good analytical skill & posses strong drive
  • Having good competency and knowledge in Electrical System & Control
  • Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products in Medium, Low Voltage and Control are definitely advantages
  • Able to work under pressure and good teamwork.
  • Able to communicate in English and Computer literate.
  • Will be placed in Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya and Makasar

HRBP MANAGER (HRBP M) – CIKARANG Based


Human Resource Business Partner Manager. To play a key role in the support to the Industrial team in human resources management function including: Industrial relations(external), Recruitment, People and Organization performance, Training and development. To lead change management activities and to be the Employee’s voice. Customer service and solutions oriented.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (S1) Psychology/Industrial Engineering/other Social Sciences
  • Experience at least 5 years in a HR Leadership/Mgmt role
  • Experienced in dealing with Union, Biz Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Common HR Tools and practice, Market benchmark
  • Computer skills needed: Ms. Excel knows how.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use Peoplesoft system is an added advantage, analytical skill, communication skill, teamwork skill, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, High Integrity and fast learning.


EXPEDITOR (EXP-CCC)


Responsibility :
  • Responsible and monitor to ensure on time supplier’s delivery and quality performance. Control and continuously improve supplier’s delivery of materials and service. Responsible to Check Material purchasing and it’s related documentation and payment
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1/D3 Any Major
  • Minimum 2/3 years experiences in Project procurement
  • Trustworthy
  • Computer literatur preferable know SAP system operation in MM Module
  • Contract Base


SENIOR PROCUREMENT (PRO-CCC)


Responsibility:
  • To optimize the stock level, manage the need of components to be provided on time as planned, manage parameters in the system (SAP parameters) control components cost allocation of project,minimize gap of inventory follow up arrival of components from suppliers & ensure the activity comply to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum S1 in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Project Procurement, especially in Turn key project
  • Knowledge of sourcing and assessment of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Good negotiation skills and trustworthy
  • Organize and control the expeditors in reviewing a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors, reviewing proposal / quotation from vendors and making recommendation, and following up with vendor on delivery of materials and service
  • Computer literate preferable know SAP system operation in MM Module
  • Contract Based
