CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR (CCTA)

1. Handle Customer Care Technical administration job/ Project administration;
2. Answer customer questions & Explain the process to the customers, Understand the customers needs.
3. Plan the replacement process & Replace Equipments on site.
4. Do Financial Report & weekly report.

REQUIREMENTS

• S1 preferably electrical Engineering from Reputable University
• Experience min. 1 year in technical/ project administration
• Knowledge on Electrical low voltage product is advantage
• Customer Oriented, Good Communication skill, able to work under-pressure
• English active both oral & Written, Computer knowledge
