Production Supervisor
Requirements:

• Male, Female
• Age 25 – 35 years old
• Graduated from degree
• Having minimal 3 years experience in related function at least 2 years in Supervisory function
• Bachelor degree or Master degree majoring in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry with minimum GPA 3.00
• Experience in handling production process to the related institution
• Have knowledge in running production manufacturing activities such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), ISO 9001 & 14000, GMP especially in cosmetic, HSE and lean principles
• Having exposure in managing production process and critical control point
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• English and computer literate (MS Office and MS Project)
• Flexible, good initiative and independent
• Work under pressure
• Good ability to identify, analyze, organize and solve issues and problems in a timely and effective manner
• Good leadership and team approach / cooperation : work with others in order to meet goals, accomplish work, and resolve problems
• Customer service oriented : understand and anticipate the needs of the customer
