Productivity Development Supervisor
Main responsibilities:
To assist Productivity Development & HSE Manager in order to make sure that continuous productivity development process are happening & implemented in the operational unit/divisions.
Tasks:
- Play significant role to support his/her superior to develop standard policy and implement productivity development strategies/methods.
- Identify and analyze the productivity development tools that match into the operational unit/divisions in common or specifics requirements.
- Introduce and develop productivity tools, methods and standards for production processes and evaluate it.
- Monitor implementation of productivity development in the operational unit/divisions and establish reporting system.
- Minimum educational is bachelor degree from reputable university (Technical or Engineering background is preferable)
- Posses good knowledge in Six Sigma is a must (minimum Green Belt certified is mandatory), able to operate Minitab and familiar with statistics. Have knowledge in TQM, Kaizen, Balance Score Card, SPC etc. will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position (from FMCG or manufacturing will be considered)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good leadership and analytical thinking
- Good command in English (oral and written)
- Familiar to conduct presentations, workshops and trainings
