GarudaFood is a food and beverage company subordinated to Tudung Group. In addition to GarudaFood, Tudung Group also subordinates SNS Group (PT Sukses Niaga Sejahtera, operating in distribution and logistic business, PT Bumi Mekar Tani (BMT, dealing with plantation sector), PT Nirmala Tirta Agung (NTA, operating in packed potable water with a brand of Mayo), PT Dairyland Indonesia (DLI, dealing with marketing of canned dairy milk with a brand of Prestine), and PT Garuda Solusi Inti (GSI, operating in training, seminar, event-organizer, and management consulting services). We are currently seeking suitable candidates for the following position:
ENGINEERING OFFICER
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably from Management or Industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences as marketing at Food and Beverages Industries
- Able to build brand marketing concept and promotion
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Machine/ Electronic Engineering
- Min 2 years experiences in beverage company
- Knowledgeable in water controlling process
- Able to operate AutoCAD
- Have interest in production process, especially beverage
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Industrial Engineering. Master Degree in Finance/ Business is an advantage.
- Min. 2 years experience in handling Total Quality Management, Change Management, Strategic Management and Balanced Scorecard
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Min. 2 years experiences as Sales Operation/ Distribution Administration
- Well understanding in Sales Territory
- Proficient in Sales Application System (preferably Bosnet)
DEMAND PLANNER
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Operation Management
- Min. 1 year experiences in handling Demand Planning, at consumer good company
- Knowledgeable in Project Management
BREAD SUPERVISOR
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Tourism
- Min. 1 year experiences in the relevant field, especially in creating wedding cakes and astries
- Good Analysis in creating new bakery products
- Knowledgeable and skilled in food safety & food hygiene
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Management
- Min. 3 years experiences in the relevant field,
- Well understanding on Land-Sea-Air delivery system
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology
- Min. 1 year experiences in the same position at Food and Beverage Industries
- Knowledgeable in food safety, food hygiene and food regulation
- Familiar with HACCP, GMP & SSOP
SWEET & SAVORY OFFICER
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Chemical Science
- Min. 2 years experiences in Savory & Sweet Industries
- Knowledgeable in raw material and passionate for flavor creation
- Able to develop ideas for savory & sweet flavor and its application
