1. PROJECT MANAGER / DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Male max. 45 years old.
• Having experience as a Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager in coal & mining exploration at least 7 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Flexible and able to do multi-task in fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.
• Preferred those held POM/POU Certification.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku.

2. PURCHASING & LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT HEAD / SUPERVISOR / OFFICER

Requirements :

• Male, max 40 years old
• Hold Diploma degree
• More than 3 years experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industry.
• Knowledge in heavy spare parts tools (excavator, bulldozer, grader, wheel loader)
• Having knowledge of purchasing, logistic warehousing principles, vendor management, supply chain management and market place.
• Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
• Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
• Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in English
• Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, and after sales services claims
• Assignment in Lahat, South Sumatra/Tali Abu, North Maluku.

3. PROJECT CONTROL

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Min. S1 Statistics/Mining engineering/Civil engineering
• Experience minimal 3 years in the same position with a mining company
• Mastering Ms Office (Excel)
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressures
• Having capability in analysing plan vs actual production, equipment performance, joint survey, truck unt, payload, activity cost
• Understand basic process of mining
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

4. SAFETY DEPARTMENT HEAD / SAFETY SUPERVISOR / SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Min. D3 Hyperkes, environment engineering, nursing, environmental health, medical science
• Having experience for minimal 3 years in the same position with mining company
• Having certificate of AK3 (Work Health and Safety Expert)
• Preferred those joined training of POU
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

5. ADMIN DEPARTMENT HEAD

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Min. S1 Economic / Law / Phsychology
• Experience for minimal 3 years in the same position with mining company
• Mastering HRM, TQM, labor law, PDCA, Comben
• Understand system of management and office maintenance facilities
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

6. ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT HEAD

Requirements :

• Male, max. 45 years old
• Min. S1 (mining engineering)
• Having experience minimal 3 years in the same position and 7 years experience working with mining ompany
• Understand design and mining operations
• Having certificate of KJL 2 and POP
• Having a strong leadership, analysing capability, planning strategy, problem solving
• Mastering Ms Office, Minescape, Suprpac and Mine-X
• Assignment in Tali Abu. North Maluku

7. MINE ENGINEERING / JR ENGINEERING

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• Knowledge of best practice in Project Management & Design experience utilizing Minescape, Surpac software
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

8. SURVEYOR / JR SURVEYOR

Requirements :

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Min. Diploma Degree in Mining Engineering
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable and fast in performing calculation for survey purpose in the field and Familiar in operating survey equipment such as Compass, Theodolite, Digital Total Station, GPS , EDM, Total Station Topcon, Sokkia, etc.
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

9. MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Requirements :

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min. Diploma Degree
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Good competencies & comprehend on Heavy Equipment Maintenance Service & Management.
• Familiar with planning scheduled maintenance
• Computer literacy is a must
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku

10. PLANT DEPARTMENT HEAD / SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN

Requirements :

• Male, Max. 45 years old
• Min. S1 (Machine Engineering)
• Having experience minimal 5 years in the same position and minimal 7 years working with mining company
• Mastering technique of heavy equipment (wheel loader, bulldozer, excavator, compactor)
• Mastering technique of hauler
• Communicative, innovative, and smart
• Preferred those having certificates of BMC, POP, HEMM
• Assignment in Tali Abu, North Maluku
