PEC Execution Manager ( Cikarang Based )

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share
  • To fulfill the target ( sales and margin )
  • To manage capacity and load of PECs execution team
  • To implement policy and action plan
  • To secure customer complaints solved on time
  • To follow up project status
  • Ensure the work process and its result comply with SHE requirements 
Requirements:
  • S1 in Electrical Power
  • Working as Project Engineering Center in the same field > 5 Years
  • Personal relationship, computer knowledge, English Language, market leveling and competitor product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate leadership to work with team, dynamic, passionate to achieve target.
  • Will be placed at Cikarang Office
