Automotive Electrician
Requirements:

• Must have experience with heavy earth moving equipment, Komatsu, cat Liebherr experience will be highly regarded

Heavy Duty Mechanic

Requirements:

Hydraulic Mining Excavator
Requirements:

• Must have experience with Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi
• Must be certified competent trades person with 8 years Trader experience and the ability to carry out both routine maintenance and trouble shooting
• Must have obtained certified high horsepower engine experience, Hydraulic / Pneumatic, and crane / lifting experience
• Persons with a field service / machine erection background will be considered favorability, especially if previous expatriate experiences is demonstrated

SENIOR METALLURGIST

Reporting to the Processing Manager the Senior Metallurgist will be responsible for managing all metallurgical activities for technical reviews, process design applications, process reports and advise management on metallurgical issues, while ensuring safety of all under their supervision.

The key roles and accountabilities include:

• Oversee the metallurgy section to achieve strategic objectives and maximum throughput.
• Develop short, medium and long term treatment plans to ensure plant availability and optimization.
• Consult production and maintenance personnel in relation to relevant schedules.
• Monitor plant performance and analyze data to provide performance trends and report and make recommendations to the Processing Manager based on these trends.
• Optimize, maintain, and upgrade the plant control systems as required.
• Ensure that all instrumentation is operating at the required level and ensure calibration is completed on a timely basis.
• Investigate all process failures and develop and implement solutions to prevent recurrences.
• Assist the Processing Manager in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Achieve budgeted targets in all laboratory related areas and projects.
• Must be proactive in all aspects of safety and encourage teamwork within the Team.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the enforcement of environmental and safety programs.
• Ensure that all duties are performed safely and in compliance with all government regulations as well as company policies.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

• Recognized Metallurgist / Chemical Engineering tertiary/degree qualifications.
• 5-10 years mining experience as a Mill / Plant Metallurgist preferably with precious metals flotation processes.
• Madya Certification for operational supervision in a mineral processing plant to National competency standards.
• Demonstrated skills in report writing, spreadsheets, databases, costing systems, budgets and forecasts.
• Plant start-up experience will be favourably viewed.

SENIOR UNDERGROUND MINING ENGINEER
Reporting to the Underground Mining Manager, the senior Underground Mining Engineer will ensure the efficient planning and coordination of all mining operations to meet operational targets in accordance with Company standards and local statutory obligations. The incumbent will work closely with an EPCM team during mine construction ensuring a clear bridge to start-up is achieved.

The key roles and accountabilities include :

• Supervise the day to day activities in and around the mining operations including all contractor associated works to Company and Indonesian National standards.
• Assist with the development of plans, budgets, schedules and programs to ensure the department’s objectives are met and sustained.
• Supervise the principal underground mining contract and its interaction with other contractors.
• Be a subject matter expert for other contractors and mine employees in technical matters.
• Ensure contractor complies with all legislation, agreements, standards, codes of practice for the department and meets all Statutory and other specified reporting requirements accurately and within a timely manner.
• Report and investigate all compliance breaches within the mining department.
• Supervise the human resources of the department.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ensure seamless transition to production.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

• Recognized tertiary/degree qualification in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Madya Certification for operational supervision in an underground mine to National competency standards.
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience in underground mine activities comprised of design/planning, scheduling, practical equipment and associated activities experience, shift supervision and contractor management.
• A minimum of 2 years experience at supervision level in an underground mine.
• A working knowledge of design and scheduling software such as Surpac.
• A sound knowledge of paste fill operations.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Reporting to the Project Director, the Senior Project Engineer will assist the Project Director to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of the completed project and successful start up of operations.

The key roles and accountabilities include:

• Coordinate of underground mining works implementation with the plant and port construction.
• Assist with implementation of schedule, budget and reporting for the project.
• Engage key personnel required for development of the mine, process plant and port development.
• Supervise company personnel both on site and internationally to achieve project development requirements.
• Liaise with site land acquisition and community development teams to achieve project requirements.
• Supervise the EPCM Contractor to develop final plant design, procurement and contracting and coordinate the construction and commissioning of the works.
• Establish the necessary agreements with local and regional authorities and stakeholders to ensure that the facilities can be constructed and start up of operations is unimpeded.
• Ensure compliance by the company with OH&S, environmental and management standards.
• Liaise with the Mines Department, Manpower Department and other authorities as required to facilitate project development.
• Review of project transport logistics during operations and establishment of contracts for transportation of the concentrate between the site and the port.
• Establish contracts for all consumable and spares requirements for start up of project.

The successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

• Recognized tertiary/degree qualifications in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years project management experience in ‘greenfields’ mining development/construction projects.
• Demonstrated skills in report writing, spreadsheets, databases, costing systems, budgets and forecasts.
