GEOLOGIST
Location : Mobile
Scope of works:

• Implementation of Holcim Ltd group standards for Raw Materials Management (RMM) systems for cement and aggregate production comprising:
  - geological exploration campaign planning and execution management
  - application and supervision of the use of installed QSO Expert and Quarry Master
• Gathers and analyses geological information and supervises the drilling program and all other major geological field exploration so that short to long term planning for the deposit is based on an accurate geological model.  Ensures that all the data (sample record and analyses, litho logy, down hole geophysics and field geology) is collected, reconciled and accurately entered to the database.

Requirements:

• Education : University degree in geology/Mining Exploration
• Experience :
  - Minimum 5 years of geology experience
  - Practical experience in all exploration activities
  - Knowledge of regional geology (mineral Industry)
  - Knowledge of relevant computer software for exploration and design purposes
• Computer literacy : Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor
• Language : Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Other qualification / skills : Good communication skills with external and internal stakeholders Analysis and Problem Solving
• Negotiation and confidence

CIVIL ENGINEER
Location : NAROGONG
Scope of works:

• To Undertake civil engineering design activities involving project design, planning, cost estimation of all civil engineering projects
• To manage small – medium size projects (implementation, monitoring, inspection and acceptance

Requirements:

• Education : Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience :
  - 3 - 5 years work experience in continuous process / chemical / mining industry-preferably in cement
  - 3-5 years experience in civil / structural engineering consulting or Construction Company.
• Computer literacy : Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor
• Language : Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Other qualification / skills :
  - Understanding of the cement production process : knowledge of main auxiliary equipment.
  - Technical report writing.
  - Understanding of technical drawing.
