Assist the design consultants finalize design criteria based on company's standard design guideline or intent, Conduct value engineering to reduce cost without sacrifying the design concept & functionality, Reviews & refines budget as plans & specification are developed, Assists in the bidding/tendering process, Monitors actual accomplishment & compares with the schedule, Review all application for payment made by contractors & suppliers
