Due to a rapid growth in our global and local market and to prepare organization to the challenging future ahead, we are looking for a qualified individual who willing to work in Pasuruan, East Java for the following position :

• Controlling processes in production lines and ensure that no problems
• Analyzing the causes of abnormal conditions
• Doing repairs in case of quality problems
• Ensure document control processes are well documented
• Supervise subordinates

• Female, minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering Discipline
• Fresh graduate or experience in the same field is an advantage
• Having strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skill.
• Computer literate and good command in Japanese
• Currently domicile in East Java
