A Foreign Investment Company (PMA) manufacturing in packaging located in East Java has invited dedicated and talented professional to join our team for :

ASSISTANT MANAGER PPIC & MATERIAL WAREHOUSE

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintaining & coordinating material warehouse and PPIC daily routines.
• Managing production planning, scheduling material delivery order and inventory control.
• Responsible for production plan based on forecast, resources, raw material and delivery schedule.
• Responsible for data accuracy of raw material.
• To provide monthly report concerning all monitoring of production planning & control. 
• Analyze and evaluate SOP to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Stock management based on inventory and warehouse management principles.
• Responsible for incoming products from suppliers and returned products to supplier.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Male max 35 years.
• S1 any discipline, Industrial Engineering / Sains, preferable with a major in logistics.
• Experience in PPIC & warehouse.
• Experience to supply and managing stock materials. 
• Good knowledge in warehouse management system.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse controlling and inventory management.
• Initiative, analytical, team work, integrity and detail-oriented person.
• Must have fluent in both oral & written English.
• Excellent communication skill, computer proficiency, honest, independent, discipline, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Overall management of day to day production operation.
• Full production control to achieve the right quality, quantity, time and cost.
• Improving productivity & cost efficiency.
• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
• Training & coaching the production team to achieve company goal.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Male, maximum 35 years old. 
• S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical / Industrial / Sains Engineering. 
• 5 years experience in manufacturing company with min. 3 years experience as Production Manager. 
• Excellent knowledge in production management & process control. 
• Good knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Systems would be advantageous. 
• Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, and fluent in both oral & written English. 
• Good leadership to lead more than 200 employees in the factory. 
• Ability to build and be a part of strong teamwork . 
• Be dynamic, has positive attitude, self motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skill.
