REQUIREMENTS :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline

Supervisor Procurement System & Analyst code (SVAS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide support and information for annual budget: saving table, procurement status spending report (PO/PR/Inventory report) and identify cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop governance process frameworks (SOP, Business Process) for interactions and integrations of Procurement Activities within the Organization
  • Develop and or enhance Procurement System (SAP/PR System) and or any legacy system/process which involve Procurement Division

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Graduate from reputable University majoring in Industrial Engineering/Information System/Technology/Electro/Telecommunication.
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in system development, data processing and data analyst.
  • Have good knowledge in data processing and programming language.
  • Deep knowledge about SAP System, Business Process, and Telco industry.
  • Excellent with Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Very Fluent in English (Written & Oral)


Supervisor Sales Support & After Sales code (Spv.SS&ASS)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Planning and developing the distribution of sales plan and operating to the operational level effectively and efficiently to achieve corporate objectivity.
  • Planning and developing the plan of POSM and operating to operational level effectively and efficiently to achieve corporate objectivity.
  • Planning, developing, and monitoring operational in all Gerai so that process of servicing and selling to customers could running effectively.
  • Take step as a Liason or connector to the department, unit, or other division in corporate for the matters as to the operational sales so that sales target could be achieved effectively.
  • Prepare the weekly report, monthly, and annually for activation data, gross add, need add, revenue and all reports that connect directly with operational sales.
  • Prepare the monthly incentive report CRO
  • Execute the development for subordinate through daily controlling, afterward giving feedback for every quarter and annual to increase performance of each subordinate
  • Make sure the using of corporate assets effectively and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS :

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Planning the selling targets and distributing to its channel
  • Direct the Sales Staff and IT Merchandiser (Channel Relationship Officer) suitable to the procedures.
  • Controlling the Sales Staff activities and IT Merchandiser (Channel Relationship Officer), and visiting to dealer regularly
  • Developing Sales Program for dealer, outlet, and front liner so that selling target could be achieved
  • Controlling the channel selling target as settled by management
  • Developing market information, making sure the Sales Staff, and IT Merchandiser (Channel Relationship Officer) able to take over market including information from competitor
  • Build motivation to the Sales Staff, and IT Merchandiser (Channel Relationship Officer) in subscriber target achievement.
  • Able to handle the problems, especially that escalated by Sales Staff, and IT Merchandiser (Channel Relationship Officer).
  • Monitoring the product availability in market and making sure the availability of stock POP material.
  • Monitoring Brand Awareness and Product Acceptability
  • Braiding and keeping a good relation with all the dealers, outlet, and front liners in all over areas.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Have minimum 2 years work experiences in sales especially IT product, or telecomunication (Telco), or Internet (ISP)
  • Good in achievement orientation, initiative, and customer service orientation
  • Have strong skill of negotiation
