Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a challenging and interesting position of National Technical Improvement Manager in TOL department.
National Technical Improvement Manager

The right candidate will be challenged to manage the following accountabilities:

• Taking responsibility to improve and achieve Gross Line Efficiency target of production lines in his/her respective region.
• Evaluating ingredients usage of production lines in region and propose action plan to improve its yields and reduce cost including looking for better alternatives
• Evaluating primary and secondary packaging usage of production lines in region and propose action plan to improve its yield and reduce cost including looking for better alternative
• Taking responsibility to evaluate chemical usage and propose action plan to improve its yield and reduce cost including looking for better alternative
• Taking responsibility to evaluate current or proposed production lines design (including its line balance) and propose a continuous improvement plan to ensure that they are match with latest company requirement and deliver optimum output and performance
• Evaluating current or proposed production lines equipment performance, operation & maintenance and propose a continuous improvement plan to ensure that they are always in optimum reliability, availability, operability and cost.
• Evaluating, selecting and proposing standardization of production lines asset and process.
• Taking responsibility to evaluate, select and create standard operation and maintenance policy, procedures and schedules for all production line assets
• Conducting regular production line assets audit in all CCBI Plant and follow-up its corrective / improvement action plan
• Assessing production lines assets operator and technician capability and propose or provide training program to improve their competencies
• Taking responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedure, induction, training and work instruction are followed.

In charge for such essential roles, ideally the incumbent would be required to demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Holding bachelor in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience in related area
• Having skill in operation & maintenance of beverage production lines and have additional expertise certification in six sigma, TPM or Lean Manufacturing
• Performing excellent business acumen
• Strong leadership and leadership skill
• Great project management
• Outstanding communication skill in professional matter for Bahasa and English (both verbal and written)
