ERP HELPDESK COORDINATOR (EHC)
Location: Head Office
Level: Supervisor
Job Description :
- Act as the representative and be the users “single contact”, build and manage relationship with users to get commitment on schedule and deliverable accomplishment
- Formally documenting prioritized solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility
- Provide and manage support to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues
- Trouble shooting application related problems, including impact/relations to the deployed harware/network environment
- Bachelor degree in IT or computer science with min. 3 years experience
- Knowledge in ERP applications and have been involved in ERP implementation (min. 3 years)
- Knowledge in PC and network technology (2 – 3 years)
- Sound project management skills (interpersonal and communication, people management)
- Strong leadership, hardworking, persistent, result oriented
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Competence in data modeling and process re-engineering
- Able to work under pressure and strict deadlines
