• Female with maximum age 30 years old.
• Have a University education within Sales, Marketing, Telecommunication or Information Technology
• Total of over 1 years in Sales and Marketing in Telecommunication business
• Have experienced in Sales/Marketing more than 1 years in Telco, IT, VoIP, Wireless, VSAT, Terrestrial Network and ISP/NAP industry
• Have a good understanding Selling Process : Prospect, Follow up, Closing deals and Delivery Services
• Proven record in leading large operational organizations
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent knowledge and skills in Leadership with relust oriented in order to motivate people and conscious of responsibility
• Flexible and responsive to changing work pattern and demands
• Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to communicate effectively on executive level
• Highly developed consultative skills, performance driven, excellent business understanding skills, excellent Financial understanding
• Customer Orientation with good understanding of Indonesia Market Service providers/operators business requirement
• Excellent in Negotiation experience
