Lean Champion / Continues Improvement Head
Responsibilities:
- To perform lean manufacturing through out the company.
- In co-operation with other manager or function to make improvement on all area.
- Coaching, Training, and facilitates on lean activities
- Drive continuous improvement process on Production area
- Ensure that lean program are driven according to the plan
- Male or Female, age 20 – 30 years old, minimum 2 (two) years working experience in manufacturing
- Graduate School (S1), Industrial Engineering is preferable
- Familiar with Lean, TPM, QCC, Kaizen
- Experience with Manufacturing process
- Computer literate & graphic software (autocad)
- Self motivated & good leadership
- Fluent in English in written and oral is a must.
