- Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Having working experience at least 10 years in the same field in Food and Beverage Industry as Mechanical Design Engineer
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Computer literated
- Excellent in leadership skill, interpersonal and communication skill as well
- Positive in work attitude, negoable, initiative, strong desire for result
- High level of commitment and dedication
- Experience in running project on his own
