Inspects work in progress to make sure that plans & specification are followed. Witnesses testing of materials & equipment to ensure that plans & specification are followed. Monitors actual accomplishment & compares with the schedule. Checks all application for payment made by contractors & suppliers

Qualification

• Male
• Age : Max 35 y.o
• Minimal Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanicel Engineering
• Experience: 5 years in highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
• Specific abilities : MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines
