Senior Mechanical Engineer
(Cilegon)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Physics or Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering From Reputable University
• Having Experience at least 5-10 years in Petrochemical or Polyethylene company
• Technical Expertise of Gas/Steam Turbine and Compressors Manufactory ,
• Deeply experiences in Mechanical Rotating within sector Oil and Gas, and Petrochemical
• Managerial background and team building experiences
• Willing to be base in Cilegon or Jakarta

Head of Operation (Shipyard)
(Kalimantan Selatan - Samarinda)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the skills and working relationships with the staff, customers/clients and sub contractors while monitoring plans
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the staff by focusing the various tasks to meet the time schedules and ensure that the projects are completed whilst maintaining the approved budget limit and standard codes.
• Develop organizational business planning, decision making and proactive approach in problem solving
• Lead all operational Shipyard activity and report to managenent

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering - Mechanical Engineer or any relevant discipline
• Strong background in Shipyard Operation with experience in managing multiple large-scale projects involving a diverse group of stakeholders from start to finish
• Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in shipbuilding/ship-repairs sector. Preferably have worked on substantial sized shipyards.
• Must be hands-on and practical and able to blend with a multi-cultural environment. You will be willing to participate on yard activities, as opposed to being constantly office based.
• Knowledgeable in HSE standard codes
• Strong leadership and presentation skills and can produce clear and concise plans to demand deadlines
• Good analytical and quality conceptual skills
