Project Manager Maintenance and Services

Responsibilities:
Responsibility and Job Description:

• Reporting to General Manager
• Acting on behalf of the Company toward the Client and/or third party related to the Project,
• To read and understand the Contract clauses and make sure the implementation of the Project compliance with the requirements, terms and conditions of Contract Documents
• Close coordination with his counter parts (of the Client) and/or third party in order to make sure all activities compliance with Contract Requirements
• Ensuring contract performance activities and targets are progressing in accordance with the Contract Requirements.
• Managing performance of the Contract : preventive maintenance, curative maintenance (incl. repairs in situ or workshops), and/or other projects,
• To develop strategy and planning for project implementation including scheduling , budgeting, and staffing ,using the tools namely PMQP (Project Management Quality Plan) and to update it if necessary,
• Manage the project management team and coordinating with any other function and discipline to ensure compliance with client’s objectives throughout the life of the contract,
• To improve competencies and capabilities of all peoples under his coordination through systematic HRD program,
• 1Prepare and do presentation for Performance Review (at least every 3 months),
• To prepare the invoices complete with its all supporting documents and close coordination with the Client for immediate payment at due time.
• Develop a planning to identify and manage areas of risks, providing technical assistant and advice to the team.
• To make sure that all peoples under his coordination aware, understand and implement HSE requirements and procedures,
• To make sure that all peoples under his coordination aware, understand and implement QA requirements and procedures,
• Managing the expenses/costs vs budget, and to make sure the financially fulfill at least the target given by Company/General Manager,
• Ensuring all reports, documents and procedures are developed, maintained and applied.
• To prepare a written notice(s) for any case out of Contract ie. Engineering update, site instructions, claims, etc. and propose to the Client for his approval,
• To prepare a claim and/or change order proposal,
• Prepare and do presentation for internal Project Review (every month)
• Identified job opportunities and bringing more activities for the good shake of company.

Requirements:

• General Qualification:
• University graduated (S1) majoring in Electrical or Instrumentation,
• Preferable age max 40 years,
• Having experiences for at least 10 years in Maintenance and Services preferable in Oil & Gas, which at least 5 years as Project Manager.
• Fluent in English is a must, both written and spoken
• Preferable Certified Project Manager i.e. PMBOK or other well known institution.
• Strong negotiation skill, analytical, proactive, self-motivated and problem solver.
• Have strong and enormous network in Oil & Gas business.
• Having good knowledge of oil and gas engineering and technology,
• Good leadership, proactive, self motivated and problem solver.
• Hard worker and able to work in under pressure conditions, able to work independently, and respect time schedule defined.
• Having good computer skill (at least Microsoft office, Excel, Word,..)
• Ready to mobilize and work anytime and anywhere within territory of Indonesia.
