Contract Superintendent - PT Buma Perindahindo

• Minimum education S1 Engineering or a minimum of 3 ANT
• Minimal 5 years experience as Contract Superintendent  on shipping services for Oil & Gas Industry (Preferably in Offshore Sailing / Offshore Marine Services)
• Male / Female Between 30 - 40years old
• Mastering the English language both oral and written (Fluent / Excellent)
• Mastering Microsoft Office 2007 & Internet
• Hard worker and able to work under pressure and able to work together in a team
• Having good presentation skills
• Mastering the ISM Code and has the ability in its application
• Disciplined, Responsible, Good manner & can work with the team

• As Coordinator for the tender / auction, from pre-selection process until the tender document income
• Responsible for preparing the complete document good pre-qualification Administration documents and technical, including completeness HSE
• Responsible for preparing the tender documents the complete document in terms of administration, technical and commercial
• Hold selection of sub contractor / supplier (if any) in accordance with the criteria that need.
• Make a plan / Planning and setup prior to the beginning of the execution team mobilization
• Ensure hand over of the Team to the Operations Contract was going according to plan
• Ensure all aspects of legal, technical and commercial in the contract are met by both Operations Team at the beginning of the project until the end of the Project
• Coordinating with the Client on matters connected with the contract if there are things that are not clear in the Contract
