Job description:
Responsible for maintaining and updating Projects Records such as jobsite logbook, change order documents, Billings of Contractor & Supplier, Shop Drawing etc, Review and interpreting contract documents, protecting project document from damage and losses

- Male
- Age : Max 40 y.o
- Minimal Education : Bachelor degree
- Experience : 10 years with highrise buildings and having knowledge about contract management
- Specific abbilities : MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines

Job description:
Responsible for preparing project cash flow, monitoring actual disbursement and compares with the project cash flow and budget, review all application for payment to contractor and suppliers, also review and monitors all change orders for legitimacy and fairness
