Operations / Production Graduate Trainee
You are responsible for efficient use of raw materials, planning and organizations of production processes and personnel to meet the respective business unit’s production requirements and standard. This role calls for special combination of talents and it is important that graduates become one of the team and demonstrate strong leadership skills.

The Kerry Graduate Trainee program is a well structured 3 years training and development programme aimed at building long term career growth for graduates who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude.

Through this program you can expect to:

  • Experience both of-site and on site training specially designed by management teams.
  • Be closely guided by mentors who will provide constructive feedback.
  • Undergo four performance appraisals over two years to chart your progress.

Requirements

  • Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial chemistry (GPA 3.00 and above) from reputable University
  • Excellent interpersonal team-working and communication skills with leadership qualities.
  • Willing to be relocated in Cikarang and overseas assignments within Asia.
  • Fresh Graduates or those with less than 2 years experience are encouraged to apply.

Quality Assurance Graduate Trainee
Kerry commitment to technological leadership and superior product quality is one of its on going business development and relationship with valued customers and consumers. At our production sites, the quality/technical services department is primarily responsible for the control of raw materials, microbiology, hygiene and quality assurance systems. An integrated part of technical team in each business unit, you are engaged in constant examination and upgrading of all elements of each sites quality plan.
