PT. Bahari Cakrawala Sebuku (Group of Straits Asia Resources), one of the biggest coal mining companies in Kalimantan, is looking for caliber individuals to fill the following positions:

Project Manager
Requirements:

• Male, Max. 45 years;
• Min. 5 years experiences as Project Manager in Mine Project Site;
• Good Safety record of operations;
• Evident of profit performance of operations;
• Keen eye for costs actual against budget;
• Capable independent work, problem solving, innovative, mature and having strong leadership;
• Having a good communication in English is a must;
• To be post into Sebuku Mine (South Kalimantan);
• Will be working as Project schedule.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure activities are performed to the required standard within the required timeframe and according to budget, such as;
• Plan for material requirement in accordance to project specs
• Plan for project schedule
• Monitor the implementation of project schedule
• Supervise a team of structural and semi skill sub-ordinates
• Allocation of plant, equipment and resources to agreed activities and monitor their performance;
• Liaison with the client and negotiation of work schedules and contract variations;
• Monitoring of budget performance and profit margins;
• Ensuring prompt payment for work completed;
• Management of sub-contractor and supplier services to ensure timely and cost effective delivery;
• Ensuring all work is performed in a safe and healthy manner, ensure complains to EHS maters;

• Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision

Contract Maintenance Heavy Equipment
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least 2 years experiences working in the same position;
• Have experiences working in Coal Mining Project is preferred;
• Have relevant certificate to operate Heavy Equipment, HINO DT, Komatsu Loader;
• Capable independent work, problem solving, innovative;
• Having a good communication in English is an advantage;
• To be post into Sebuku Mine (South Kalimantan);
• Will be working as Project schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment;
• Inspection of the shovel/excavator and work area to identify hazards and equipment failures;
• Technical input into the development or acquisition of new mining equipment;
• Planning or undertaking maintenance on mobile plant;
• Liaising with maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment availability;
• Maintenance scheduling of mobile and fixed plant;
• Development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs;
